IBPS Clerk Eligibility Details

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the Common Written Examination (CWE) for recruitment of Clerical Cadre vacancies in Public Sector Banks across India.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 20 Years.
• Maximum Age: 28 Years.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules for reserved categories.

Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government is also valid.
• Final year candidates can apply as per IBPS notification.

Computer Literacy

• Basic knowledge of Computer Operations is mandatory.
• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Computer Applications is acceptable.
• Computer or Information Technology studied in School/College is also valid.

Language Proficiency

• Candidate should know how to read, write and speak the official language of the State/UT applied for.
• Language proficiency may be checked during the selection process.

Important Note

All educational qualifications must be obtained from institutions recognized by the Government of India or approved regulatory bodies. The qualifying result must be declared before the last date of application.
